I propose that instead of outright blocking individual users, their replies and conversations are INSTEAD automatically collapsed so that their speech is not infringed upon by allowing the choice to see it, and that those blocking them don't have to see it if they choose not to.

In this way, both parties get what they want.

That is a stupid ass rule. It's one thing if the user you block has their content stripped from your own experience, but to allow them to cut oithers out of the conversation with everyone else entirely is bull shit.

if some dick fuck that has blocked you has a huge post any day, your cut out of joining the discussion. It could have 300 votes, 90+ comments and your shit outta luck because OP is a faggot.

For a free speech site, it sure seems to have some shitty rules to stop people from speaking.

Yes, it is very concerning. It's shocking really, and it comes after some other strange things that I've seen within the past week or so here.
