Dropdowns on follow and block buttons on user's page. Similar to my suggestion here.

Follow and block would remain defaults, but underneath them, options of buff 25%, buff 50%, buff 75% and the same with nerf. Amplify or minimize the user's importance in your feeds. AND comment sections.

Want to see everything a user posts or comments because they always have something interesting to say? Buff 'em. Want less of the shitposters and link dumpers, but don't want to miss anything hugely popular from them? Hit em with a nerf.

This would also solve POAL'S BIG PROBLEM of moderators not being able to see posts blocked users are putting in their subs. In the case of single-mod subs (which are many of Poal's cool niche subs), blocking forces a mod to either immediately ban that user from all subs they mod, or accept the possibility that the blocked user may come and shit up the sub without the mod even being aware of it. The nerf feature totally gets rid of this HUGE, PAINFULLY OBVIOUS problem. (Mod feed is chronological so nerfs would not affect it.)

A trifecta of perfect ideas. @AOU don't move this!
