Top Posts for Today Only

I like to see Top posts for a giving time range like: Today, This Week, This Month, This Year.

The default "Top" tab shows older stuff than I'd like and I must be overlooking how I can see Top for just today.

Please advise.

I would like to think that the posts displayed on the homepage are the top posts but I don´t know if that is how it works.

If I visit daily, I want to see the top post of the day.

If I visit weekly, I want to see the top posts for the last week.

If I visited monthly, I'd want to see the top posts over the last month.

I don't like reddit anymore, but they do allow you to specify this. So, I like poal.co, but I am missing that feature heavily.
