Bringing up a sort of "tech tree" when picking a sub to post to might be more usefull than searching in the dark or memorizing a few.

The new user's biggest complaint seems to be moving of their posts and I think if they knew where to post in the first place most problems would be alleviated and the sub communities could thrive. can this smokescreen be removed?
