Because if stuff like that were to silently accept things, you'd have people complaining about "How the hell did I get subscribed to this sub?"

It's best to have a "Are you really sure?" prompt before actually doing it.

If you wish to report a bug, please do so on /s/Poaldev.

The official sub created to allow the Poal community to suggest ideas on how Poal can be improved while at the same time allowing people to comment and vote on suggested ideas.

This will make it easier for people to hear what the community has to say and to keep a record of what people wish for.

Keep your ideas short, if possible, narrow it down to one sentence. Anything longer than that will likely go unnoticed. Be straightforward.
