Change cursor color or change the background of the text field to something darker please??

I'm a programmer and know how easy and important it is to be able to see the cursor when editing a text file. I'm married with three kids. Two boys, one girl. I'm CEO of a multi-national fortune 500 company and if you're still reading this i wasted this much time of your life on this earth arguing with me because you couldn't stand that I asked to change a fucking color.
