In the mail view, it would be great if I can see the entire tree for the thread I am replying to.

As in, I click "reply" and the entire thread is shown. Not all comments, just the one complete conversation tree. Many times I've had to dig around using the browsers search feature to find a string in the conversation so I can expand it to see the history so I can properly call someone a cunt while quoting what they said a while ago. This would be a nice addition in my opinion.

Replying to a comment/post reply in the PM box is in fact a "Quick Reply". I should rename the button as such.

If you want to see the full thread, you can use the "Link" button that will lead you there.

I just went to a comment thread from my inbox and clicked link and it only brought me to that message and any after it. At the top it said click to view all comments but it’s ALL the comments, not the thread the message was replying to.

If there are previous comments in the threads, you'll see a parent button.

So, you have to click parent on each previous comment, so if I want to go twenty comments back, I have to click parent 20 times... why can’t parent show the whole thread?
