This really shouldn't be hard I don't think.

All submissions have a 100% unique URL that should just be carried over to the new sub but effectively still link through the original sub's URL.

https://poal.co/s / <ORIGINALSUB> / <unique 6digit ID>

Is now

https://poal.co/s / <NEWSUB> / <unique 6digit ID>

... / <ORIGINALSUB> / <unique 6digit ID> should now point to ... / <NEWSUB> / <unique 6digit ID> rather than throw an error.
