Apparently poal doesn't tell banned users that they're actually banned, some think their password was changed. Instead of fixing it what if the password was shuffled and gave the user 100 tries before the account was locked for good? Everyone could chime in with their success stories and incantations that got their account back.
When I reversed my password and shifted every character by one it just logged me in
You gotta try exactly at noon, the server's fucked up
If you run out of tries it will reset don't worry
