For example I could make a list labeled as

And I could block that list, if I were an owner of any sub I could simply ban that entire list. If I were of high enough level I could PM the list. Also so I can mention @ that list.

This is a great idea because then I could have a list named "faggots" and @faggots in any faggot threads.
