Yeah how about no, I'm not a fan of the flair existing in the first place. On a small forum like this it's easy enough to remember everyone that we don't need mods babysitting and labeling everything for us.

Okay then make new accounts only able to comment for the first 2 months.
Then when submitting is earned put a rate limit on it that goes up proportionally by age of account.
