Someone who disagrees with someone and down votes them, yet, upvotes are allowed so that in and of itself is evidence of hurt fee fees. Its censorship.

I don't know yet. I tried asking questions and they get real pissy and call me "schlomo" and thiink I want to downvote brigadeerd.

i think one down vote can be all it takes if what you are downvoting is not spam or illigal.
