I don't know yet. I tried asking questions and they get real pissy and call me "schlomo" and thiink I want to downvote brigadeerd.

i think one down vote can be all it takes if what you are downvoting is not spam or illigal.

I've deliberately broken that rule twice to see what happens and don't have the mark of shame yet.
