Poal has redefined what downvotes mean, I figured we should go further and change the meaning of upvotes: * Create a shitcoin and the Poal Reserve Bank * Start issuing shitcoin debt to users that can only be repaid with upvotes * Keep devaluing the shitcoins by issuing more coins so the goyim keeps working * Set policy: * Subs that need more activity/OC gain more shitcoins per upvote, extend that and: * Encourage raids on other sites for entertainment * Replenish the userbase from the right places Also: ask for real crypto to fix the design
