They posted it in /s/politics and since that's not related to politics but to the website itself, I moved it to the relevant sub without noticing it was disabled. lol (I'll fix that later)
Now regarding the disabled sub, we've talked together (months ago) with @pmyb2 and agreed that disabled subs (abandoned) will be enabled on demand and so users can post in and can request it when they become eligible (as per /s/subrequest sidebar rules).
