Yes create a Zello channel for Poal. It's a push 2 talk app it's free and as far as I know it's always been secure. It works and you can post pictures it has a text box you can submit links and send alerts as well as post pictures from camera. It's like a walky tally on cell phone.

We have something similar called mumble but its self hosted by me on hardware I own and its encrypted and so are the vmdks for all my VMs

Sounds secure :). I tried getting on it but apparently I'm retarded. I'm always on zello nonetheless in the "politics channel" people from all ends of the spectrum. Pretty entertaining though as I'm sure your mumble is. How was the karaoke btw?
