I would say mastodon since it's available on both desktop and mobile, and the software is fast, but you just have to be careful on which instance you choose.

If you're looking into Mastodon, I was able to find an instance that doesn't have an anti-hate speech rule and supports free speech (waifu.social).

Only Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, and the rest of the giants would be honey pots. I'm not suggesting we get on any of those platforms. Absolutely not. The examples I mentioned in the submission above were made with a different concept in mind.
