The question wasnt: who gets the most butthurt after trump criticism and takes it personal.

I made 3 posts after AOU said to "get a room" once I reported Saba for calling me a pedophile (slander, not protected by the first amendment) using his admin post to relieve some political butthurt. This is the basis of this post.

And no, it was request to consider what could be defined as harrasment

They have a right to their opinion, just not expressing it by stalking and commenting about 10 times on everything you post. I didnt ask to stifle any opinions.

I like how you stickied your own drama post told, that was classy. You've also tried to censor my comments by saying they were irrelevant or needed sources

Its embarrassing.

Public decency, and a right to have your posts free from harrassment is a reasonable expectation.

Even if you block that person, others can see it and it is embarrassing to have someone follow you around posting 10+ comments everywhere you go.

Also, accusing every newcomer of being a "shit alt" will drive people away, as will what I've stated above

  • do you think criminal libel and harrasment laws are unconstitutional?

  • do you think it is a good idea to allow others to accuse pedophila?

  • I modded a shit ton of people to Kirkland, so you guys could see theres a consensus that he has been detrimental to everyone's experience here

  • where did I comment on any of his posts, besides the ones people pinged me in?

A case could be made for libel I suppose, but nothing that has happened here qualifies harassment from a legal standpoint. Even if it did you would have to prove that in a court of law for it to be actionable, other than that it is left to my discretion and I remain unconvinced.

Where has someone been accused of pedophilia in a way that would be considered harassment this hasn't been reported to me.

Yes I can, but we are talking about compromising values which should not be done lightly. The user block tools are there for a reason.

You are asking me to put together a case for something you are suggesting? I guess I can do that but it'll take me a while I can get busy.

If you really want to argue this I'd really suggest really thinking about what the logical conclusion is.

Perhaps if you block someone, they can't comment on your posts?

It is very annoying and distracts from anything you're trying to say. People become more concerned with that person's comments instead of your actual post.

Since nothing was done to prevent from this, I simply banned him from all my subs so people who look at my posts aren't harrassed due to his vendetta.

I reported saba a week ago for calling me a pedophile.

I was told to "get a room".

I reported Beatle today for calling @cognitivedissident5 a "male" pedophile and , suggested someone should talk to him about obviously false slander

You did not do what I asked. You want something from me. So I want something from you, I want you to think about the logical conclusion of what you are asking.

This is the reason I am in the spot I am, I think before I act. I question before I act. I will not do something without at least trying to consider the entirety of its ramifications. I know I don't always get it right but I try.
