Order:

All | New | Top | F | M

Only the first letter of each word should be capitalized.

I've added a Top link.

Each of these should be a clickable link, but also a dropdown should appear when your mouse hovers over the link. The options for All and New are gonna be New and Hot. The options for F and M are gonna be New, Hot, and Top. The options under Top are Day, Week, Month, All. If you click the link it'll just take you to the default page. For example default page for "Top" will be Day, but if you use the dropdowns you can travel to a different page like Week.

I think about Poal too much.

Ok, then the first letter of each should be a large capital.

Also, can you change /s/heathens to /s/Heathens to follow this convention? It bothers me.

No, we just have been discussing this all day and I've been sick I got a hell of a fever the last day or so. So I've not been as productive as I should.
