Wouldn't it be identified as a form of censorship to prevent users from accessing such content?
That's like calling it censorship when I put electrical tape over my laptop's camera so the FBI can't watch me masturbate. Providing users with tools to protect their own privacy is not the same as censorship.
edit: and see here is a case where i might use the spoiler to avoid comment search, so the NSA can't find this by searching "FBI"
