You can also install it locally and fiddle with its rules. It takes a new machine, but will always be hungry for more bandwidth and processing power.
You can also combine your local machine AI to utilize other existing AIs.
Wouldn't take much to make a local one, but a public one would probably need at least business class internet.

Let's not. AI is not a good idea. People will be fooled into thinking they deserve rights. Then the AI owners will take over.
