That file (preferrably in JSON format) should be readable through a text editor (so no MozLZ4 bullshit) and optionally include the navigation history for each tab, and shouls also be import-able.

Pre-quantum Firefox had a bunch of add-ons for that, but Mozilla sadly purged all of those from their add-on repository in 2018.

Also, mobile browsers currently have no functional add-ons or built-in functionality I am aware of for that purpose.

One can access the session files on mobile browsers with root access (and possibly Android debug bridge on non-system apps, although limited), but some (e.g. Firefox since version 56) use crappy proprietary compression.

Chrome still has the best user experience for mobile browsing (and Firefox for desktop), but sadly, data portability has been neglected.
