I shit 10 times a day. Friend of mine shots once a week. As long as you aren't in pain or having problems from it it's fine. Everybody poops.

Freak! What is wrong with you? Do you wipe for each or just the last?

I wipe once after each shit, then return to the toilet and wipe again after an hour or so.
