Yep, all are welcome at notabug.io and I treat spammers as more of a scalability and user experience problem. I aim to technically support reasonable levels of spam, and give end users the tools to avoid it. Still a work in progress. Poal is also great, I may be biased though because I don't remember ever seeing a captcha here.
