For optics these days I think Vortex is a go-to brand given your budget. Top notch optics, US made, good company, a real life time warranty etc. I saw some good deals in the latest Midway flyer. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/102117149?pid=886672 maybe?

Us made? My razors are made in japan. Theyre sick binos though. Love em. No ragrets.

Only the very expensive ones are us made but they are good and the warranty is great

One of my 3x is a vortex and it's pretty nice. I might as well grab their nocs, too.
