Due to the Migratory Bird Act of the 60's, there are rules regarding taking pot shots at random crows. Crows destroying crops are fair game, however. i know nothing about hunting, but if things get really, really bad, crows, squirrels and other suburban scavengers may be menu options, so may as well start me research
