They have released literature explaining how to spot human trafficking in the retail industry. This is the beginning of the steps necessary to generate awareness and policies to clamp down on human trafficking. As China relies on slave labor... trafficked labor... we face an existential crisis when becoming reliant on their goods because it necessitates the trafficking. When corporations start building this type of awareness it becomes more difficult to incorporate trafficked labor into supply chains. A small step, but I'll take it.
