You're assuming the DOJ is going to act on it. I suspect it's more likely the Clinton cabal in the DOJ will phony up charges against him rather than going after their boss.

I don't assume the DoJ will do anything, but it's pretty sad the DoJ has already proven to be a lot more responsive that Trump's DoJ.
