I've had a rough couple of weeks but today looks to be starting out OK.
Plus, I get to work from home every Friday now, so there's that.
I need a vacation.
Camping sounds like fun. And none of that lame Glamping either.
I'm talking about being out in the woods next to a lake in a tent. Do some fishing. Drink some beers by the fire. Yeah... that would be great.
Once you’re out in the woods and surrounded by nature you’ll feel ten times better
I'm working on a new certification so I have been supermotivated this week.
Life is good. Friday the 13th can kiss my ass, not literally of course.
Great!
All work no play
It's looking good! So much better than this time last week. After battling an allergic reaction from weeding last Saturday that required ER visits and IV steriods, I got home to find my ENTIRE family (2 kids, + hubby) were also sick and needed to be quarantined. My 2 year old picked up hand, foot, and mouth from a sub par water resort and hotel we went to after I found a too good to be true discount code online the day before the 4th of July. (2 day water park pass, 1 night hotel room, and free breakfast for up to 4 people only $129 during peak vacation season - yeah...looking back now that should have been a red flag. Breakfast out usually costs 1/3 of that. Anything promising that and so much more obviously is desperate. The water resort must have been hurting. Ugh).
Anyway, after being stuck at home for seven days going absolutely NUTS (because hand, foot, and mouth is really contagious) we are all better and chomping at the bit to reenter society. The local fair starts today with a kick-off parade, so I imagine we will do that. Maybe go out to eat too. So life is WAY WAY WAY better than this time last week. Thanks for asking!
