Goat needs to cook low and slow. If it’s cooked at too high a heat, it will be tough and dry.

Nice looking goat. I saw a goat today being hauled. It looked a lot like Daisy. Not exactly, just somewhat. The one I saw had less white and was a darker brown. It's a good day when I get to see two goats.
