We planted this garlic last fall. We might have harvested a little early but it still looks great. My wife wants to grow some hard neck garlic next year so it can look nicer hanging.

Question: why are you hanging them upside down? I’ve always cured mine outside hanging the other way.

I think either way is fine with proper ventilation. I will probably move them away from the wall a little more.
