I took a can of 'Doom' to a wasp nest and I came second. Dont go in with soap. Spray it with petrol (gasoline for US) light it if need be.
Yes, but easier to get a bucket of soapy water or a sprayer and it won't stain/ discolor everything with oils.
Beekeepers use dish washing soap to kill beehives.
Yes, it's highly effective.
A friend of mine had yellow jacket nests all over his yard. The way he ended up killing them was filling a 5 gallon bucket with hot water, poured a shit ton of bleach and liquid soap in the water, then poured the mix down into the wasp nest. Do it in the evening. Another way to kill them is to take a big plastic bottle, cut a hole in the center so wasps can enter. Fill the bottle with soapy water. Hang a piece of meat on a string into the center of the bottle and the wasps will be attracted and they fall into the water and drown.
Works I'm tellin' you.
Gasoline kills them instantly. The vapor smothers them the first breath
