Are there any homesteaders or off grid people here? I’m looking for people with interests of homesteading, prepping, off grid living, solar power… and all that it entails.

I finally left fb 7 months ago. One of the few things I miss are the homesteading pages.

I'm a small-scale homesteader. Anything under 1000 sq foot is my specialty.

I'm here. Currently prepping for 20 people in a secure compound

Nice to meet us Aj. We’re the homeplace for the family although only two of us live here at the moment. We aren’t secure in the sense of a compound but we are pretty far off the beaten path.

There's a few out there. Some hardcore and other more low key. Lots of white people out of the cities around here so you will find plenty that have skills and like to make and do things. The city folks are too busy protesting in support of the latest jewish degeneracy and sucking nigger cock to have time for much else.

There are two kinds of people in SHTF. Those who’ve prepared and those who are marauders. Even skilled people aren’t always the ones prepping and are counting on their abilities to score from others. I do agree on tire outlook on city folk lol.

Here, solar powered home and full vegetable garden. Trading in for a boat to go anywhere. Countries are just lines on a map.

We’re not bugging out. Family roots here, along with the house, gardens, and small livestock. We’re trying to be a self sufficient as possible.

You should always do what you can to decrease dependence on others. The more ways in which you're independent, the better. But asocial behavior isn't that productive. If we want to improve conditions, it's best to start with forming cohesive communities, which comes after forming cohesive families. So, your first step is having kids and organizing with close friends. From there you can branch out to the wider community. Finally, this is when you start influencing local politics, like running for sheriff or mayor reshaping school boards, etc.

Just exiting society is no fix and in fact it invites further corruption.

I exited society for 7 years living in the wilderness of AZ. No, I don’t recommend it. We don’t have close neighbors but we have networked with many of them. We also helped create two mutual aid groups.

While as a MAG we haven’t pursued political appointments many of our individuals are currently doing those very things.

This is very true. Learning to work together is the only way to be successful. You can survive on your own, but you won't thrive.

I think there's a lot to be said about an idea like "concentrated prosperity". It doesn't mean much to prosper alone. Think about all of the choices afforded to you if others around you also prosper. If more people around you have more time for leisure, for instance, there's more time for valuable growth in other areas, like arts or understanding. So I don't think richness comes about to us if we alone succeed, I think richness finds us based upon how competent we become and then enable others around us to be.
