I understand the thinking but... The problem is the audience doesn't think. In order for this strategy to work, the people hearing the message need to be able to think on their own and question the idea. Typically, the weaponized media only sends out talking points in unison to reinforce a lie/message. The truthyness doesn't matter because no one is going to research anything. Because the media complex speaks in lockstep, the audience hears a consistent message. This is enough for the feeble minded audience.

Your strategy can't work only because your message is only one against a cacophony of lies. This means your message becomes drowned out. At best, you're going to cause your audience cognitive dissonance if they even bother to try to reconcile your message against what they already believe.
