This idea was first posited by Stephen Mitford Goodson who also saw through centralized banking (jews) and wrote a book about it - A History of Central Banking and the Enslavement of Mankind. I would add that I have read "Mein Kampf" (Ford Edition) and "Hitler's Table Talk" from Bormann (minutes from Hitler's private dinners with friends, colleagues, statesmen, politicians, military etc. from 1941-1944) and not anywhere is the holocaust so much as mentioned. Also, we broke "Enigma" fairly early during the war and were listening/recording German communications - nobody ever mentioned the holocaust. Ever.
