Do you check squirt guns too?
To see if there is water in them, yes.
One time I went to a place and they had axe throwing, hay bucking, spittoon spitting and other random fun activities.
One activity is they set you in a booth across from somebody else and the idea is to see who can quick draw the fastest.
They were cap guns but were heavy like a revolver was.
I didn't clear the gun when it was handed to me because the instructor had it loaded with whatever toy cap round.
He said go! We both fired our toy weapons. They felt real. Had the right weight. For all I know they were real but were set up to just go "bang."
Moral of the story.
You don't know what happened on that set and you don't know if he thought it as a real gun or not.
