He's using a folk etymology of the word holocaust. He says "holo" comes from hebrew "olah" meaning burnt offering, but "holos" comes from Greek meaning "whole", and it's the "caust" that actually means burnt. (etymonline.com)

The hebrew word 'olah' appears hundreds of times in the Old Testament (biblestudytools.com), but it was translated "burnt offering" most of the time, and I can't find any indication that the English word "holocaust" was ever used like that until jews superseded the word shoah in the 50's (archive.ph)

The rest of it seems legitimate, so I'm not sure why he chose to discredit himself off the bat using hebrew.
