Is this from the Great Zundel Trial in Canada? If so, you forget one statement that the judge put out when sentencing Zundel either the first time or the second time he was arrested and imprisoned.
The judge said that "The truth does not matter" when sentencing Zundel for "Incitement to violence and disturbing the peace."
Note, Ernst Zundel did NOT advocate for violence, nor did he even particularly hate the jews. He just wanted to clear Germany's good name from the unfair and unjust besmirching it had been subjected to.
For this, his house was burnt down at least once, jews tried to throw bricks at his head on his way into the court house, he was assaulted multiple times. And that's just in Canada!
When he came to the US with his wife (I think she was a natural born US citizen) the FEDs were keeping tabs on him and eventually decided that, in his twilight years, he needed to be deported to Germany to die alone and away from his friends and family because he was a "danger" to the US.
Rest in peace, Mr. Zundel. You tried your best, and we can never thank you enough for what you did and the people you woke up. This trial right here is the single largest piece of evidence to shoot the Holocaust narrative in the heart and kill the beast.
Lord bless this man and may he be by the side of his wife and ancestors in Your grace for all the good he tried to do. Amen.
you forget one statement

Thanks for the additional details.
