Iron cross 2nd class? Looks like the pin on the back shows a bit. Designed to be worn on the blouse, lower left side. Iron cross 3rd is only ribbon displayed, usually through tunic button hole. Knights cross worn at throat; 4 levels of Knights cross. 5 if you count the one awarded to Rudel.
