Germany should have become besties with America instead of the ottoman empire/turkey, especially since Germans and Nordics built this nation. I also like the idea of an American Kaiser.

I think you would like the Kaiserredux mod for Hearts of Iron IV. There is a path you can take to have Wilhelm II take charge of Texas and turn it into a Kaiserreich.
