Below this, but in really bad shape, was an ad for credit card monitoring services. 55 years later card companies still can't figure out how to prevent card theft.

The damage LBJ did to this country cannot be understated. Was anyone surprised by these payroll increases after The Social Security Amendments of 1965 and Economic Opportunity Act of 1964? Did the people think these programs would run without considerable bureaucracy?
