Some of them were for sure. At this point I'm convinced George Washington was a huge piece of shit. But it would seem the ones that designed the seal weren't associated with masonry. Nor was any of the symbolism at the time. A lot of it is biblical. For example, the thirteen stars represent the 13 tribes of Israel. Seems the masons coopted the imagery for their own purposes somewhere along the way. It fits with the Jews never doing anything original and always wanting to bury our history
