You can't have a test like this today because some kids can't pass it no matter how many lessons targeting those subjects and that information. The solution is to dumb it down to make sure the teachers look good and pass kids onto the next grade level so that the 9th grade teacher can still have the government job. If everyone is stuck in 8th grade then the education racket will be exposed.
So if we get rid of the unions then the teachers can look dumb as fuck since I think a lot of teachers with college would fail this test miserably like D- if they were lucky.
Get rid of unions and then the truth of useless teachers will next put pressure on allowing school vouchers. When parents can choose the educators via vouchers, there will be competition to get actual teachers. The problem will then be that good schools will have to be regulated by government to accept a percentage of the bad students that no school will want. Bad students will lower metrics on student and teacher success scores and ruin overall rankings. Somehow our US system got to the point where everyone gets a trophy/high school diploma in the dumbed-down system, and then therefore everyone can go the next step and enter college, even if not everyone should be going to college. The useless degrees become the ticket to the government jobs.
