This is more of a combo somewhere between slip formed and roller compacted concrete. The zero slump concrete they used is the star of the show here. Stiff concrete has always been a thing, but having a relatively workable stiff concrete was key. The fact it is standing today means they came up with a GOOD, stiff and workable mix with long term durability - no small feat for the time in an application like this.
