Another great video to watch on the same subject is Asha Logos’ The Interconnectedness of the Aryan Peoples - Part 8.2, 'The Royal Arya' (odysee.com). He gets into detail on the Aryan rulers / founders of Asian nations at around the 45 minute mark, but the entire video is worth watching.

Qin sounds more like Cheen. The ih sound in words like in and that end with in is an English thing. Whenever you see i in most East Asian languages, it represents an eee sound even if there's an n on the end of it. You might notice East Asians that learn English still tend to make eee sounds when they see an i in English. So words like in are said like een.
