Africans will never be wealthy. They don't know how to be creative. The few that do, move to the West to become successful. Nature keeps trying to remove the unfortunate poor and stupid (arstechnica.com). Let it happen, naturally.

That's why I think if people want to give them aid, that aid has to be tied to long-term birth control methods.
That reminds me of a story I heard years ago about missionaries trying to teach an African tribe to use condoms. They demonstrated the use of a condom by unrolling it onto a broomstick. When the missionaries checked a couple of years later, there were more newborns than ever before. Asking about it, they were shown all the broomsticks sporting their condoms.
That sounds pretty funny!
