I looked for it but it's apparently a banned book! I'd never encountered this before. No one in USA seems to sell it. There are a number of articles with excerpts and summaries about parts of the book, that's about it.

It is also knows as '200 years together', that might help your search for a hard copy

I did, I see it at that archive site (where I read a lot of books).

Seems like I tried there once and couldn't find it, at any rate, appreciate the link and info.
