Well, I thought the Tartaria stuff was supposed to much older in time.
As for these structures, I will firstly proclaim ignorance as I know little more than what is presented in this video and the last video (I assume you recently posted that too). That said, looks can be very deceiving and building codes were non-existent back then. Rapid construction was much easier. I have no issue believing temporary buildings of facades were built. Even that they may appear to be more than they are. And I've not seen anything which would cause me to question this; save only for powering some of the initial, early, world's fairs. Especially those in close proximity to Tesla's work.
Is there something more than buildings existed and where destroyed that I should focus upon?

A kingdom that lasted a millennia or more. That ended around 200 years ago.

Well, you thought wrong. I personally think it's insane to believe all of these structures are temporary. If you watch the video, these structures many of them were made of cast iron and glass. I don't care what coding they did not have back at that time, those buildings could not have been destroyed by simple "fires." This video compiles building after building.
Perhaps our world was much different than we thought, much more recently than imagined.
