Lynching is simply the act of snatching a person out of police custody, or before they can be arrested. You can find hundreds of similar videos from South America or Southeast Asia. But you might only find one video of a White mob lynching someone, I think in Eastern Europe- and IIRC, the context was that a known pedophile had been caught in the act, so the mob strung him up upside down and smacked his belly for a few hours.
