"They" do seem to be suppressing this book and yet my impression from 60 minutes (that has yet to be challenged) is that everyone involved in this project (including those now pushing the book) was jewish. Perhaps, to this day, jew is jewing jew here. One group wants to profit from implicating van der Bergh, and another group wants to cover the whole investigation up.
